We ship through India Post.

All orders are delivered using India Post (Speed Post), with tracking provided.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
Remote areas may take longer
Delays can happen due to holidays, weather, or postal service issues, which are outside our control

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout
Free shipping may apply on selected orders, as shown on our website

Tracking your order
Use the tracking number from your shipping email on the India Post website to follow your parcel.

Delivery address
Please enter a complete and correct address with a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details.

Failed or delayed delivery
If your parcel is delayed, returned, or marked undelivered, email us and we'll help sort it out with India Post.

Damaged parcels
If your package arrives damaged, take photos before opening and email us within 8 days of delivery. See our Return & Replacement Policy for details.
